Shipping

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Processing time. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Delivery estimates. EU orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days of dispatch. UK and rest-of-Europe orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days.

Shipping costs. Shipping is free on all orders over €50. Orders below that threshold ship for a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Customs and duties. Because all deliveries stay within the European Union, orders are not subject to import customs clearance or additional customs fees. UK orders may be subject to local customs handling depending on current trade agreements.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Order issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@kratomvia.eu with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
