Returns

Return window. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to start a return. Contact us at support@kratomvia.eu with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll confirm the next steps, including the return address.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days, in line with EU consumer protection rules.

Damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping costs. For a standard return (change of mind), the customer covers the cost of return shipping. If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Kratomvia covers the full cost of return shipping.
